Lead Driving Coach

About More than Equal

At More than Equal, we have an ambitious goal: to find and develop Formula One’s first female world champion.   There’s no quick way of making this a reality and we are assembling a world-class team to help deliver on our goals.  We’re a non-profit, but we want to build relationships with people and organisations who believe in our goal and who want to support us through purpose driven partnerships.

We’re planning to deliver our goals by:

  • Unearthing the real barriers women and girls face in achieving success by commissioning and publishing research in areas which have not been explored in depth previously.

  • Searching the world for female talent, taking a data-driven approach to finding potential and identifying those we can support and develop.

  • Developing a world-class driver development programme for female drivers.

  • Leveraging our network to connect that talent with potential teams, sponsorship and investment.

Founded by 13-time Grand Prix winner David Coulthard and entrepreneur Karel Komarek, and led by a team of experienced female leaders from the world of sport and business, More than Equal is in its first full year of operation and we are excited to have the addition of a Lead Driving Coach to our team.
