Job Description
Red Bull Powertrains are currently seeking a Laser Etcher to join our newly-established Quality Assurance Team supporting the development of the 1st Red Bull engine.
As a detail oriented and focused individual, you will join our Quality Assurance department as a Laser Etcher. In this role you will ensure that all component part marking is completed in line with all Red Bull Powertrains requirements.
You will be providing assurance that components are Laser Etched to the correct specification, in the correct place, legible and accurate as defined on the technical drawings. As you mark, and review marked components, you will provide an efficient and accurate service for all Quality Assurance departments in Red Bull Powertrains. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to operate with more than just your internal department, working efficiently and cohesively with different stakeholders.
To be successful in your application for this role, you must hold a high level of attention to detail and be punctual in all facets of your working. As you’ll operate alongside other departments within the business, good communication skills are a must as are the ability to be a team player. Although not necessary, it would be a beneficial for this role if you had experience in the following: Basic Metrology Skills, Micrometres, Vernier’s, Callipers, Height Gauge.
