Formula One Management Ltd are currently seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to join our Digital Operation department in our Biggin Hill office.

F1 has entered a new era under the ownership of Liberty Media with Digital becoming a key focus. Digital Product, Content, Operations & Technology teams sit alongside F1's Broadcast and Production teams in Biggin Hill. Over the coming years we will continue to further develop our portfolio of digital products and increase levels of innovation in the digital space.

F1 relies on outsource partners to deliver its digital products, retaining a small technology and operations team to manage product development and support throughout the season.

In order to deliver against a challenging technology and product roadmap, F1 is seeking a new permanent member to join our team.  Your role will be to work closely with outsource partners, internal stakeholders, and F1 architecture and business analyst colleagues to deliver changes throughout our digital estate.

You will have experience in delivering change in a multi partner environment, leveraging both agile and waterfall methodologies, are able communicate effectively (including reporting on both technical and non-technical elements), and demonstrate effective RAID management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and initiatives across the delivery lifecycle, along with the management of associated budgets.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered to a high level of quality, with detailed project plans, within budget, with clear communications and report, and proactive management of risks and issues

  • Co-ordinate and drive appropriate project meetings and workshops

  • Work with peers in Operations, Technology and Product teams to prioritise resources and deliveries

  • Manage and co-ordinate multiple third parties across the full delivery lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or significant relevant industry expertise

  • Professional qualifications or certificates relating to project management

Experience

  • Comfortable when working in agile workflows

  • You have a disciplined approach to delivery processes

  • You have delivered web and mobile projects

  • A strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
