Customer Service Operative - Crewe (Hybrid Working) - 6 Months +

Our Customer Service Specialists work 37.5 hours a week between 8am 5pm, Monday Friday, Saturday 9am 5pm (1 Saturday per month).

As part of our team, you will have dedicated personal training from our employees to help you settle into your role. This will provide you with the foundations needed to help you with your day to-day tasks which involves taking customer phone calls, e-mails, placing orders, and resolving customer issues.

Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.

About the role:
• Inbound Customer Service contact via phone, email and more
• Outbound task such as providing customer updates
• Helping customer place orders over the phone
• Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
• Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need

• You ve got a can-do attitude and are keen to leave customers with a positive experience
• You ve got great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and you care about customers wanting to solve problems efficiently.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have good organisation skills.
• You can manage your time effectively
