We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) Parts Planning to be part of our works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:

  • check and align the availability of needed Parts per Component build up
  • creation and updating of production BOM’s based on Teamcenter construction BOM’s
  • creation of SAP picking lists for picking and parts supply by the production warehouse
  • provision and control of engine parts in the production process
  • tracking of spec.-updates to steer updated parts requirements into the production process
  • prepare material demand request & create Job cards
  • check and align Runtime of engine Components with “Lifing administrator”
  • coordination and provision of components for the QC process
  • attendance / participation at TGR-E Events  “on demand as back-up “

 

The successful candidate will:

  • have a recognised apprenticeship (preferably in mechanics or similar) or experience to equivalent depth in a motorsport industry
  • have several years of experience as a Mechanic and be experienced in engine build up
  • have the ability to work to the highest standards and to tight deadlines
  • be confident with good interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)
  • show a flexible approach to working hours and have the ability to perform under pressure
  • be comfortable travelling to international destinations for work if needed
