Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Commercial and wider sales team in sourcing new partners, assess new markets and brands within those markets and create specific sales strategies and create tailored presentations based on data backed research
The Commercial Manager will create innovative activation ideas for current and future partners, manage the day to day relationships with selected key partners
The person will also be responsible for delivering contractual rights in a professional manner and for ensuring all the KPIs set out by the partners are met
The role will ensure that the partner is getting the maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and ROO (Return on Objective) from their investment.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • - Strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented person
  • - A highly motivated, ambitious individual keen to make their mark and grow within a past faced environment
  • - Extensive sponsorship experience, ideally within F1 or other related sports
  • - Strong understanding of sponsorship best practice, brand marketing and client management
  • - Ability to scope all tasks thoroughly and plan efficiently
  • - Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate comfortably at C-suite level
  • - Provide detailed reports on a regular basis to demonstrate KPIs are being met
  • - Initiative and Innovation, a mindset to always exceed expectations
  • - Ability to work within a team, external suppliers and colleagues and to understand the cultural nuances of working with an international team
  • - Willing to travel overseas extensively to races and partner locations
