Technical Planning and Coordination
Programming and job preparation for Additive Machines.
Managing post-processing cycles for parts printed with DMLS/SLM technology.
Contacting suppliers for basic machine maintenance and managing anomalies or malfunctions.
Quality Assurance and Material Management
Analysis and validation of incoming material used in the Additive Manufacturing department.
Preparation of validation jobs according to internal procedures and/or based on process studies and data analysis.
Data entry and data analysis for statistical processing purposes.
Process Optimization and Documentation
Drafting and managing Additive Manufacturing department procedures.
Collaborating with the CAD/CAM office to prepare/develop semi-finished product designs for new products.
Collaborating with the Head of Machine Shop in the continuous improvement of the production process.
Communication and Professionalism
Always working professionally and promoting a positive image for the department.
Providing timely information and reports while adhering to deadlines and maintaining control of communication.

Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field or a degree in Mechanical Engineering with specific training in Additive Manufacturing technology (DMLS/SLM).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Teamcenter/NX.
- Familiarity with software 'Magics'
- Technical training (knowledge of drafting, basic measuring tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of materials used in machines with Additive Manufacturing technology (DMLS/SLM)
- Availability for shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays if required.
- Strong team-working skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Travel 0-10%
