Job Description:
- We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic CAD Designer to join our manufacturing team.
Duties (include but not limited to):
- End-to-end manufacturing ability to transform a design from conceptual drawings through CAD/CAM to functioning part(s)
- Use of CAD/CAM software with CNC Machine(s)
- Designing of fixtures & jigs
- Designing of technical drawings
- Basic operations involve overseeing setups, tooling changes, adjustments on HAAS & MORI CNC mills/lathes, as well as piece on sections of various materials
Skills / Qualifications:
- 4-Year Degree
- Knowledge in Autodesk Inventor (3 Year Minimum)
- Knowledge in Autodesk CAM/Fusion360 (1 Year Minimum, 3 Year Preferred)
- CNC Machining/Manufacturing Environment Experience (1 Year Minimum)
- HAAS Automation CNC Controls (1 Year Minimum)
· Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical ability
- Ability to read technical drawing layouts, BOM and tolerance blocks
- Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals
- Ability to work self-directed
- Strong problem-solving kills
- Strong organization skills
