Today WRT is hiring a Program Manager for the Fun Cup. If you are a team

The main responsibilities are:
Daily steering in the workshop:
- Team manager of the team of 8 people - workshop planning and follow-up
- Store supervision
- Technical support and customer advice
- New cars - used cars - engine overhauls - gearbox overhauls - chassis repairs, car repairs - conversions for Fun Cup Evo 3
- Relations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Technical developments and improvements
- Follow-up of the approval file
- Preparation of technical data sheets and information notes
- Organise work and activities as well as priorities for production teams (electricity, welding, engine & gearbox revision.
- Establishment of annual financial plans
- Monthly budget analysis and control
- Participation in program manager meetings
- Make sure each person is respected in his role and feels respected in his role
- Close relations with the organisers of the various championships
- Commercial relations with the various teams and end customers
- Work closely with the business team, respecting budgets and deadlines
- To plan and organise safety and profitable growth, achieving the annualBusiness Plan
Daily steering during the races:
- Team organisation and staff (storekeeper and trucky)
- Technical assistance and advice
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Data readings
- Support and supervision for roadworthiness
- Technical follow-up and collection of information about problems encountered
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in many areas of motorsport, including trackside operations, and mechanical design
- Hight commercial skills
- Proven experience of supervising in Motorsport environment
- IT best practices and customer service
- Good knowledge of the software Modas- Modas Sport- Race Studio- Pi tool
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and French
- Accuracy & Precision in all written communication
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Ability to manage and motivate staff through periods of change and delegate effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work flexibly, as determined by business requirements, this involves travelling to race circuits
- This position involves working weekends, depending on the needs of the business
- The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, flexible and willing to carry out other duties when required
- The ability to work under pressure and use initiative in a hands-on environment
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics
- Excellent leadership skills
- Being able to thrive under pressure
- A good engineering degree is essential
