We are currently working with a successful and progressive hi-tech engineering company, who are undergoing a period of growth and expansion. The company develop bespoke products and equipment for the pharmaceutical, medical device and FMCG sectors.
The company is based near Warwick on the M40 corridor in the Midlands. Salary and benefits are excellent and will reflect your qualifications and contribution. You must have a good degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, and a strong motivation to work in the field of automation, test and inspection equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a qualified multidiscipline Electrical Engineer to provide creativity and problem solving skills to a range of ground breaking, medical device, pharmaceutical and FMCG.
The company solves a range of novel engineering machine systems problems, and the people develop a broad engineering capability and strong innovation skills.
Experience Required:
- Experience in design of special-purpose machines
- Design of electrical panels and on-machine wiring.
- AutoCAD Electrical design system or equivalent
- Understanding of the requirements of the following European Directives: Low Voltage, Machinery, EMC, Awareness of Safety systems (E-stops and guarding)
- Control of Servo drives and inverter AC drives.
- Must be authorised and willing to travel internationally.
- Must be willing to work for a wide range of industries and across a broad range of product types.
