Flight Operations Intern

Hendrick Motorsports is a top NASCAR team fielding four cars in the Monster Energy Cup series. The flight department provides support for the race team by transporting team members to the races and testing sites. The department is also responsible for transportation for automotive executives from Hendrick Auto Group, and for family travel. The flight department owns and operates 2 Embraer 145's, a Challenger 300, GV, and Bell 430 helicopter. HMS is a Stage III ISBAO member, and operates under multiple TSA programs.

The Flight Operations Intern reports to the Director of Aviation. The intern will be assigned various duties including flight tracking, assisting scheduler with maintaining passenger lists, safety management projects, manual control, research, assisting with inventory of galley and maintenance supplies, etc.The intern will be allowed to ride jumpseat when available.
