Your tasks:
- • Analyze customer requirements and agree solutions with engineering teams (HW, SW and Test)
- • Identifies and controls interfaces to external and internal components
- • Develops the architecture by describing the behavior and physical elements as well as identification of logical functions
- • Resolve technical issues during project execution together with HW and SW engineering
- • Review and approve HW and SW architecture
- • Support test teams in establishing relevant test scenarios and test designs
- • Recommends and implements necessary design modifications to optimize design and verify performance
- • Maps Subsystem elements and interfaces to Requirements and ensures bidirectional traceability
- • Owns change control for requirements and communicates every change to the stakeholders
- • Performs Impact Analysis on Engineering Change then update design according to Engineering Change and release it into the internal system
Your profile:
- • 5+ years experience in Automotive safety relevant product development • Very good Requirement engineering capabilities
- • Knowledge of requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS or PTC Integrity
- • Knowledge of Airbag ECU system architecture (both hardware and software)
- • Knowledge about HW and SW interfaces, as well as the HW and SW architecture
- • Understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI)
- • Very good problem solving and analytical skills
- • Basic knowledge on project management and requirements engineering processes (e.g. Automotive Spice or CMMI)
- • Very good communication and team moderation skills, self managed, highly motivated
- • Knowledge of system design methods and modeling tools such as Matlab Simulink, Stateflow and Rhapsody
