Specialist, Presentation Designer

At
McLaren Racing, we believe only by chasing performance in everything we do can
we give ourselves the best chance of success. Performance on track and in
the factory. Performance for our people, our business and our
partners. It’s about more than winning. It’s about hitting the
highest standards, and then raising the bar again.

Purpose of the Role:

At McLaren, we pride ourselves on being the best commercial partner in racing, and that starts with outstanding pitch work to communicate the potential of a partnership. The purpose of this role is to design those presentations, working as part of the Partnership Planning (Brand Strategy) team to help drive new business, renewals and commercial growth for our racing teams.

You will be accountable for developing pitch decks and core sales materials with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. We set ourselves the task of delivering the best materials in racing, and we prize attention to detail, a strong visual sense, consistent brand application, and a creative approach that brings our ideas to life.

You should be able to interpret a brief and reflect that brief in your visual approach to the materials. In particular, you should be able to translate written and numerical information into easy-to-read slides, interpret data as infographics, and create a variety of mockups (branding, environments, social media posts) in Photoshop.

Beyond this, there will be a range of other design requirements including building Powerpoint templates, key internal presentations and partner assets.
