We have a new opportunity to join Alpine F1 Team as a Scrum Coach to support the Head of Business Transformation in implementing Scrum practices across the Business Transformation team in order to deliver products and services to the business
Scrum Coach – The Role
The Scrum Coach will work with the scrum groups to coach them to upskill and use agile methods to delivery high quality results. You will support the implementation of Prince2Agile across the Business Transformation team with the primary focus being on the organisation of the development teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- the implementation of Prince2Agile across the Business Transformation team with the primary focus being on the organisation of the development teams.
- and maintain a framework for scrum adoption
- and training teams on Scrum practices and values
- scrum master / team leader in identifying and mitigating any external dependency risks in feature/product development within the scrum process.
- the scrum master / team leader to achieve release objectives and results that meet the business expectations.
- agile coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework, with a strong focus on Scrum practices
- the team in determining project vs BAU
Scrum Coach – The Person
The role will require an understanding of the Agile process, the role of an Agile Scrum Coach and the technical requirements of Release and Sprint Ceremonies where you will have an understanding of Prince2Agile, Scrum & Kanban. You will be highly numerically literate, precise with very good attention to detail with exceptional Inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels within the business.
