Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently looking for an Purchase Specialist to join our team.
Main tasks
- Preparation and completion of orders for parts, materials and equipment
- Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinating warehouse communication to ensure proper storage
- General documentation and data analysis
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and prices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or similar education in relevant field
- Work experience as a Purchase Specialist
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (ERP)
- Ability to perform with intensive communication and high pressure in a team
