Job Description

We’re taking our People team to the next level, transforming how we partner with key stakeholders and team members across Red Bull Technology Group.  As part of this journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to help shape and define our growing Human Resources offering.

We’re looking for our Human Resources Business Partner to work in partnership with their key stakeholders to define and implement a people strategy that maximises performance.  You’ll be delivering innovative, creative and commercial solutions that make Red Bull Technology Group easy to join and hard to leave.

In this role you will work with line managers to drive capability, shape organisation structures and owning succession plans for their teams.  This position will also manage complex ER cases, conduct talent reviews and identify any people risk in your areas.  This role provides the opportunity to coach and develop a Human Resources Advisor who will support you and your business area.

To be successful in this Human Resources Business Partner role, you will need:

  • Strong influencing skills and HR Business Partner experience.
  • Excellent business partnering capabilities, ideally across complex and progressive organisations.
  • Previous experience of managing succession plans.
  • Experience of managing a team and leading change.
  • To hold CIPD Level 5 ideally, and at a minimum be actively working towards your CIPD Level 5 qualification.
