Creative Producer

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Creative Producer to join Red Bull Technology!

The main role of the Creative Producer will be to oversee the creation of excellent content for the Red Bull Technology Group as a whole as part of a wider in-house production team.

As the leader of a Team of Content Creators, ideate, plan and deliver content that typifies the brand. You will be required to lead the creative delivery of content that bids to reach new audiences, drives engagement and makes our Formula One Teams and other partners stand out from the rest of the grid.

In this role you will be challenging yourself in our content delivery, aiming for high levels of creativity and innovation.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Lead the delivery and production of best-in-class film and content projects to drive success of the Teams overall content strategy, defined by the Head of Content and Social. Content and productions that fulfil and services the wider marketing department needs and goals.

  • Lead in the ideation, planning, production, and delivery of branded and co-produced content with our Team partners.

  • Manage the delivery of race-by-race content requests from Team stakeholders, ideating and developing ideas to ensure this content is in-keeping with quality standards and tone of voice.

  • Manage the ideation and execution of key and premium filming projects for the Team, and associated productions across our brand, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Ideate and execute all premium long-form series content for the Team and our channels, engaging with the commercial team to integrate our partners - in line with the content strategy, brand positioning, tone of voice, and wider departmental KPIs.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in content workflows and content delivery and management processes.

  • Strong background of working in high end content production.

  • Proven experience of managing the delivery of video production projects – from long-form series to one-off large budget filming projects.

  • Have experience with a wide range of video productions, from ‘run and gun’ shoots to large-scale set-ups and be able to get the best results from every budget and scenario. You may also have experience of filming your own content and be very familiar with the tools and equipment required to achieve your vision.

  • Comfortable with significant international travel.
