The position:
We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Clothing Executive to join our Marketing team on a part-time basis. The overlying responsibility of the Clothing Executive is to support the Clothing Manager in the management of our clothing department and will be required to work three days a week, with one of them being Friday.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Merchandise & License team and help manage our stock and delivery of clothing for the race team, factory employees, trackside gifting and much more.
The role:
As Clothing Executive your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist with issue of Race Team clothing
- Assist with the issue of Factory workwear
- Assist with the picking and packing of trackside gifting for Events
- Devise and manage a live stock system for Clothing Stores
- Assist with the processing of Clothing goods in/goods out
- Analyse and actively develop responsible product ranges
Travel to meetings and events domestically and internationally will be required in line with responsibilities outlined above.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working within a similar role in a fast-paced environment for a high-profile organisation. They will have excellent spoken and written English and may also have a second language. Tenacious, with an eye for detail, the candidate will be a strong team player with excellent organisation skills.
