IT SERVICE MANAGER 100% (all genders)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide optimized IT service to our team members
- Perform purchasing of IT hardware and software
- Manage software license management
- Be the interface to our external IT service desk
- Define and optimize service management processes
- Takeover IT sub-project management
- Support our diverse IT infrastructure
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor`s degree (university/technical college) in the field of computer science or an apprenticeship as computer scientist with corresponding further education.
- A certification in ITIL and project management.
- Experience with Microsoft products Windows 10 and Office 365.
- First experience with the application of SAP ECC 6.0.
- A quick apprehension.
- Proficiency in German and English (oral/written).
You are a motivated service provider, who’s self-initiated, communicative, working independently and enjoying daily contact with users. Your calm, structured, and reliable working style allows you to perform even under pressure and collaborate with your team, whilst being flexible and helpful.
