Purpose of Role

This role is responsible for leading product management, marketing and launch management for future products within McLaren Automotive.

Principal Accountabilities

The Future Product Launch Manager will lead sales and marketing activities across the following areas:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in Automotive Sales and Marketing including specific experience (5+ years) in product management and marketing.
  • Experienced people manager both of direct teams and indirect stakeholders.
  • Experience of and direct involvement in product development programmes is highly desirable.
  • An in-depth understanding and experience of product pricing, value indexing and options analysis.
  • Must be able to define and execute business processes, and understand the importance of formal process to reduce risk and variance.
  • Expertise in presentation skills to both internal and external audiences.
  • Experience in representing company values through interactions with HNW customers and automotive media.
