THE ROLE
With preparations for 2024 underway, we are looking for a Transmissions Technician to immediately join, to work alongside our team of highly skilled Technicians in our busy Transmissions Department.
The role and responsibilities include:

Working on rebuilding WRC specification transmissions, for both the Ford Puma and Fiesta.

Servicing customer transmissions units and systems.

Working closely with designers and engineers with the development of the Ford Ranger T1 transmissions unit.

We’re looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude – all sharing our determination to deliver the very best results.
You should be educated to a technical level.
You should be well organised and delivery focused, with a strong analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous motorsport experience would be advantageous but not essential.
