Integration/Digital Mock-up Engineer – The Role
This role is responsible for the Digital Mock-up function within our team and is crucial in our quest for class leading quality engineering and reliability. The function is in a period of growth, offering a unique opportunity to lead, develop and expand as your own. This aspect of the Engineering Office has huge potential, only limited by ones imagination. As a business we continue to invest in the latest technology to support and strengthen this role, working closely with our partners to showcase developing technology to ensure we are at the forefront. The role facilitates and leads extensive collaboration across multiple disciplines throughout the business, with exposure to almost all aspects of the business. This offers the successful applicant unparalleled exposure to every aspect of the car throughout the complete lifecycle.

Rapid advances in technology ensure this role is fast paced, exciting and extremely rewarding. You are uniquely positioned to play a key part in the successful design, manufacture and assembly of a leading F1 car - a truly unique and enviable position. The tools you will develop and implement with will improve the quality and efficiency of our engineering team, working closely with our design process team.

As part of this role you’ll get to demonstrate your leadership prowess and project management abilities, leading a group of Junior engineer(s).

Integration/Digital Mock-up Engineer – The Person
We are looking for an individual who has experience of integration engineering and the digital mock-up tools coupled with some design experience preferably.

The successful applicant should be degree level educated in Engineering and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and facilitate collaboration.

The successful candidate will be well organised, structured to efficiently execute project. An methodical approach to problem solving and leading to successful issue resolution is key.
The applicant should be a 3DX literate and a seasoned user of the digital mock-up tools and visionary in their implementation within the business.
