Customer Service Advisor

Location - Buttermilk Lane North Buttermilk Lane in Duckmanton

Hours Monday Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Pay- £22,962.94 per annum (£11.47 per hour)

Contract Permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Logging calls on a database for our 9 UK warehouses
  • Order Maintenance
  • Order Enquiries
  • Expedites
  • Material Enquiries
  • Documents Requests
  • Customer Complaints
  • Liaising with the Sales teams
  • Liaising with Transportation Company s
  • Providing Proof of Deliveries
  • Order Maintenance on our inhouse system

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Excellent communication skills (including written and telephone skills).
  • Verbal comprehension skills.
  • Numerical skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Proven record of excellent customer service.
  • Able to produce accurate work within tight deadlines.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Practical approach to problem solving.

  • 25 days holiday a year
  • The vacancy is based at new facility at Buttermilk Lane
  • Candidates are required to have achieved grades A to C (or Grade 4 or above) in Math s, English & Science GCSE s at a minimum
