As a Senior Performance Engineer (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the field of ‘Vehicle Operations in the World Endurance Championship including the 24h of Le Mans’. You will optimise car performance of the Le Mans Hypercar during race and test events in close collaboration with the different race drivers and the engineering team.

PURPOSE: The Performance Engineer (PE) assists the Race Engineer (RE) in optimization of car and driver performance. This is done using a variety of data sources through detailed analysis, applying engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning.
