The Laguna Seca Recreation Area, which features the world-renowned WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, is owned by the County of Monterey and managed by A&D Narigi Consulting LLC. Since it was built in 1957, Laguna Seca has hosted many major motorsports events like IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Superbike World Championship and Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, to the Sea Otter Classic and music concerts. The facility continues to be a vital economic engine for Monterey County.
