Purpose of role
- To be Advanced Fuel Systems' first point of contact with all customers and log and provide responses to customer enquiries.
- To develop and maintain administrative procedures to track orders from initial enquiry, through the manufacture processes to completion.
- To provide all-round administrative and operational support for the day to day running of the business.
Skill requirements / profile
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Good relationship builder with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise.
- Self-starter with ability to use initiative and motivate self and quick to learn.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word) and ideally the bookkeeping system Quickbooks online.
- Attention to detail.
- A team player.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 requirements.
- A knowledge/interest in the motorsport industry sector would be an advantage.
