Sales and Office Administrator

Purpose of role

  • To be Advanced Fuel Systems' first point of contact with all customers and log and provide responses to customer enquiries.
  • To develop and maintain administrative procedures to track orders from initial enquiry, through the manufacture processes to completion.
  • To provide all-round administrative and operational support for the day to day running of the business.

Skill requirements / profile

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Good relationship builder with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise.
  • Self-starter with ability to use initiative and motivate self and quick to learn.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word) and ideally the bookkeeping system Quickbooks online.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A team player.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 requirements.
  • A knowledge/interest in the motorsport industry sector would be an advantage.
