Simon has worked for Paul Morris Motorsport as a number 1 mechanic on the Championship winning 2L BMW team then went on to sub assembly on the V8 supercars team.
R-Tek Motorsport Services is the Richards family team, & Simon has been involved in all aspects of running Formula 3 cars.
Prepared the 2014 Targa Tasmania outright winning Nissan R35 GTR for Burns for Blinds Racing.
