Role Overview
Fisker Inc. is looking for a passionate Manager, Sales Operations Europe, to join our growing team based in Munich, Germany. You will be responsible to ensure that Fisker customers will encounter a seamless In-country Logistics, Home Delivery & Trade-in experience across Europe. This role will work closely with team counterparts and external parties in the respective European markets to complete vehicle deliveries to customers.
Responsibilities

Implement strategy and lead a team of European In-country Vehicle Logistics Specialists

Lead and coordinate with Vehicle Logistics & Administration teams to ensure an optimized and cost-effective routing of home deliveries to customers across Europe

Safeguard a seamless customer experience for Home Deliveries across Europe

Work collaboratively with colleagues in the markets and serve as an authority to find and communicate solutions internally in a timely manner

Interact with third party vendors to prioritize and resolve Home Delivery challenges

Partner with Vehicle Administration team and Vendor to guarantee customer Trade-In inspections are scheduled, managed, and completed in a professional manner

Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) that informs Fisker and the Vendor of processes to follow in specific circumstances (i.e. cancellations, re-scheduling)

Administer daily operations & processes in the most efficient and cost-effective way

Work closely with IT to define business requirements for Fisker systems, focusing on process automation & develop analytical tools to monitor and track Home Deliveries and Trade-in operations
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

Bachelor’s degree required
-
5 to 8 years’ experience of successful Vehicle Logistics or Operations management at an OEM, fleet management, car dealership, car insurance, or rental company

In-depth knowledge and experience of Vehicle Logistics incl. Home Delivery

Experience with vehicle Trade-in or vehicle purchasing as a subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing, and creating processes

Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience

Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Well organized, strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset
