Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Advisor to join our expanding Human Resources team. This newly created role will act as a first port of call for colleagues seeking advice on learning and development matters, contributing to our growing Human Resources offering.
In this Learning and Development Advisor role you will:
- Support the business stakeholders with general learning and development queries, providing updates on programmes where needed
- Support the Talent Development Business Partner, understanding business training needs and supporting the delivery of these
- Coordinate administrative aspects of learning and development programmes
- Gather and interpret training feedback, providing reports to support the measuring of ROI
- Own and manage our Apprenticeship Levy account and the Red Bull Technology Group Work Experience scheme
To be considered for this Learning and Development Advisor role you will need to have:
- Experience in developing people and championing a learning culture
- Experience in Early Careers Apprentice development, including Levy management
- Strong understanding of the full learning cycle
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
