Job Description
As our Brand & Campaign Manager within the Red Bull F1 Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s brand identity and driving strategic campaigns that resonate with fans worldwide.
Your main goal will be to elevate our brand above the competition, engage new fans, and create lasting loyalty.
We build our team and brand to finish above any competition while simultaneously allowing our fan base to sit in pole position when it comes to engaging campaigns.
Main responsibilities:

Brand Articulation and Differentiation: Clearly articulate all elements of the Red Bull F1 marketing brand positioning. Bring this to life across every part of the business, guiding how we express our core values through various marketing channels and fan touchpoints.

Strategic Campaign Development: Develop core campaign propositions that cut through and convert interest into fandom. Collaborate closely with agencies and functional leads to execute impactful brand campaigns.

Post-Campaign Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Conduct detailed post-campaign analysis across channels. Provide clear implications, recommendations, and learnings to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration and Innovation: Define and execute key brand partnerships that boost commercial and licensing revenues, increase brand equity, and expand our reach.

Consumer Insights and Relationships: Elevate consumer insights about the brand. Commission actionable research to further develop the brand in specific markets.
Who we’re looking for:

Clear and demonstrable background of experience: You’ve worked in agencies or brands, making their brands the most admired in their sectors.

Brand Strategy: Proven track record in developing and managing brand strategy for customer-centric organizations.

Campaign Expertise: Experienced in conceptualizing and delivering campaigns in consumer businesses.

Digital Media Savvy: Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, commercial environment, with knowledge of digital media and video creative.

Passion for Sports: Some knowledge or affinity for sports or the sports industry.
