PURPOSE: The Performance Engineer (PE) assists the Race Engineer (RE) in optimization of car and driver performance. This is done using a variety of data sources through detailed analysis, applying engineering fundamentals, and logical reasoning. Duties will include assembly, testing, and race-prep of shocks and related components. Will be responsible for testing shock and spring performance using shock dynamometers, and advanced spring raters.
