Job Title: Facility Technician Department: Operations Reports to: VP of Operations SUMMARY The Facility Technician is a full-time employee in the Operations Department who utilizes various general carpentry skills to repair and maintain BMS/BD. This position will perform a variety of tasks based on facility and event needs. During non-event times the Facility Technician will complete various projects and maintenance relative to the following functions and responsibilities.

The Pit Equipment Manager is responsible for the forecasting of equipment needs, allocation, procurement and receipt, maintenance, repair, replacement, and proper handling and storage of all equipment assets. In addition, this position is responsible for pit practice preparation and management of the pit technicians. The candidate will be mechanically inclined and responsible for overseeing and assisting with pit practice set-up, maintaining the pit vehicles, cleaning and maintenance of the pit surface. Responsible for the supervision and development of garage technicians.
