We are recruiting for a UIIL and Lifing Compliance Coordinator to join us here at Williams Racing. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all UIIL and Serial Number recording is carried out accurately within our business systems, such that our UIIL reporting requirements can be fully automated and aligned to our financial and costing analysis. You will be working closely with the Part Coordination Team to make best use of the available mileage to reduce total manufactured quantity through the year to ensure alignment with anticipated financial impact.
As a UIIL and Lifing Compliance Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:

Management and development of our UIIL reporting software, working towards an automated reporting system for UIIL submissions.

Creation of BOM structures to ensure that all relevant serialised parts are captured within the electronic build to allow for accurate financial planning and analysis.

Produce event reports to support optimisation of pool quantity, to reduce total manufactured qty and freight costs, ensuring costs stay aligned with budget.

Define the process to ensure clear alignment between the allocation of parts and the physical build of Sub-Assemblies and Race Cars to support both UIIL accuracy, and financial planning and analysis.

Audit our UIIL and Work Order tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment between digital and physical builds.
We are looking for a UIIL and Lifing Compliance Coordinator, with the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in a stock control or inventory management role within a fast-paced environment.

Experience with UIIL in F1 is advantageous.

An understanding of bill of materials structures and how they’re necessary to manufacture products.

Sound knowledge of modern manufacturing processes and understanding of engineering.

Excellent Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience using lifing systems.

Ability to accurately manage stock using D365 or equivalent.

Ability to prioritise workload and react to changing priorities.

Excellent attention to details and a can-do attitude.

Willingness to work weekends to cover the races. Please note this role is not a travelling role.
