Sub Assembly Junior Technician

Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join our team as a Sub-assembly junior technician at our site in Enstone to support the car assembly’s life cycle.
The Role:
The Junior Technician role is a developmental role in which you will learn the skills to become responsible for the sub-assembly systems life cycle. This includes the assembly, service and repair of both, new and in-service assemblies for our Race Team, Race Support Team, and various development projects (on-site and external), alongside with complying to the company systems that support our components life cycle. You will be required to work to the highest standards and in accordance with the specifications, to ensure delivery, performance and reliability targets are met efficiently and on time.
The Person:
You may be at the beginning of your mechanical / technician career and be highly motivated to develop yourself into a technician role.
We are looking for a candidate with very good mechanical skills, excellent attention to detail, passion for problem solving and working to high standards.
You are expected to be flexible, work well under pressure and be an excellent team player as well as be able to work on your own.
Understanding of assembly methodologies and systems, engineering drawings and technical specification documents used in the industry will be advantageous.
