Main tasks
- Customer Management like acquisition/creation of offers and contracts, claim management and customer liaison during events
- Coordination of spare parts activities, e.g. definition of service & rebuild kits, maintain sales BOM within SAP
- Preparation of customer documentation
- Regular communication and documentation with internal and external customers, suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant business or engineering discipline or similar
- Relevant work experience in the field of Customer Motorsport with strong customer orientation
- Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory, any other European language is considered as an advantage
- You are a reliable team player with an excellent ability of working under pressure
- An excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with a profound experience in SAP parts logistics & order handling
