Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently looking for an Production Planning Specialist to join our team.
Main tasks
- Ensure communication between Design, Engineers, Mechanics, Purchasing and the Storage department to arrange and plan the production and work according to schedule
- Take track of on-going issues between Engineering / Production
- Organization of the planning sheet and updating the manpower and resources
- Adjustment of the production orders according to sales requests
- Preparation of purchase requests according to minimum stock control systems
- Follow up quality issues and inventory analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical, engineering or a comparable qualification.
- A background in engineering is an advantage
- Experience in motorsport or automotive is preferred
- Proficient with SAP and Excel
- Fluent English is a must, other languages can be an asset
- Active communication ability to thrive in an international environment
- Open minded approach to develop current production processes
- A talent for Organization, Monitoring and building structures
