Alpine F1 Team have an exciting opportunity within the Aerodynamic Performance Group.
The Role
Within this role, you will build on your experience to contribute to projects tackling a wide variety of aerodynamics problems to ultimately enhance the output of our aerodynamic development programmes.
You will lead track testing and correlation projects, making an important link between our aero development programme at the factory and the work we conduct on track at every race.
You will support race events with all vehicle performance disciplines to optimise the performance of the car through data analysis and simulation studies.
The Person
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in either aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics or performance engineering in one of the top motorsport categories.
You will have a sound understanding of race car aerodynamics and experience with engineering data analysis, processing and visualization.
Experience of wind tunnel testing, CFD or vehicle simulations would be advantageous.
This position demands strong teamwork and quick decision-making abilities. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
