As the Aftersales Development Specialist you will assist in the development and management of new & existing products and programmes that drive customer loyalty and vehicle retention, ensuring that owning a McLaren is an extraordinary experience
What You'll DoWhat You'll Bring
- Automotive retailer aftersales experience in the luxury segment preferred.
- Suited to someone who is currently working as a senior service advisor or junior aftersales manager.
- Familiar with industry aftersales products, services and incentive programs
- High level of customer orientation
- Experienced with Microsoft Office tools.
- The ability to deliver projects within set timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset that contributes creative ideas towards strategic and tactical business challenges
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with data and has an analytical mindset.
- Experience in automotive manufacturer operations beneficial
