Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of the sales model (which includes various seller roles) and the KPI components, sales metrics, quota setting/goal methodology, sales tools and data structures within.
- Create detailed, data-driven, written proposals to align cross-functional leadership teams around new or revised approaches to managing sales processes, practices, and tools.
- Optimize workforce management through process improvement and efficient hours allocation to reduce direct labor cost per car sold.
- Own 3rd party relationship with vendors supporting the sales org; their contracts, performance, and cost to budget.
- In partnership with sales, develop and refine SOPs for the various sales roles within the organization.
- In partnership with HR and the Training team, support customized training on our sales processes, tools and methodologies to enable the sales teams to understand and sell our products.
- Support Sales Operations to drive improvements to sales efficiencies, supporting the buying and selling processes at all stages from lead generation through closed won/lost.
- Support sales leadership in executing effective management strategies through building desired sales metric reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales and business performance.
This is not a remote position - this position will be based on-site at our headquarters in Miami, FL.
