To help deliver against this global vision, the Manager will sit within the Events Operation Team. This role will work with a number of internal functions to deliver on-brand aspirational events and experiences at F1 championship rounds.
We are looking for an Events Experience Executive to join our team at F1.This role holds a central role within the Events team, responsible for assisting across the team in development and delivery of projects, as well as leading specific projects.
This person will work within the Events Operation Team who are responsible for curating and delivering fan engagement to an F1 standard.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Being organised, efficient and having an eye for detail is required, with key responsibilities as follows:
- Leading on driver engagements at 12+ races throughout the year. This will involve being the key contact for all F1 teams at these races, working with presenters and ensuring the correct H&S/Security provisions are in place.
- Production lead for Adhoc projects, both in their development as well as leading on-site.
- Working in partnership with promoters, sponsors and entertainment partners to develop and deliver activations and driver engagements.
- Create and maintain event schedules pre-event for the Event Operations team: to include driver engagements, social impact activities, grid kids and F1 Fanzone activations.
- Communicate with various stakeholders across the business.
- Support on the ideation and creation of F1 Fanzone activations.
- Liaise with official activation partner on delivery and maintenance of F1 Fanzone activations.
- Assist with supplier order forms and contractual documentation with the legal team.
- Raise invoice instructions for suppliers and partners.

- Good administrative experience, with email management, implementing office filing systems and ability to manage an electronic and paper filing system, including tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Budget administration, procurement and purchase orders experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a wide range of people and personalities, including external suppliers and third parties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to external project stakeholders, suppliers, partners and customers.
- Wide range of experience producing varying types of exceptional events in international markets.
