Purpose of Role
Our Deputy Managers are brilliant retail leaders, accountable for the day to day running of our stores in the absence of the Store Manager. With experience in a junior management role already under your belt, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level. You’ll be responsible for the customer experience, for maximising profit and minimising loss, and will ensure your store colleagues are clear on their sales targets and delivering Customer First behaviours at all times.

McLaren recently joined the grid of the FIA ABB Formula E World Championship and the start of the Generation 3 era of all-electric street racing, as NEOM McLaren Formula E. This bolstered the team’s endeavour in electric motorsport that already sees participation of NEOM McLaren Extreme E in the current FIA Extreme E Championship.
