Reporting to HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be central to our talent attraction and retention strategy, while effectively strengthen the company culture within the Faenza and Bicester offices.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Availability to work from the UK branch offices up to 2 weeks per month.
- Previous experience in recruitment in a consultancy sector, or in a HR department of a fast-paced and international environment is mandatory.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and under minimum supervision.
- Good work planning skills according to emerging priorities.
- Solid communication skills and a flexible mindset.
- The position is based in Faenza (Italy) and regular business travels to the UK branch (Bicester) are required.
