A Sales Manager to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing motorsport businesses in the world. United Autosports is an established championship-winning team contesting multiple racing series around the world as well as being the custodians of an impressive collection of iconic, historic race cars.

In addition to their track-based activities, United Autosports are also the agents and distributors for a number of motorsport related brands.  These include HRX Racewear, Schuberth Helmets and AERO Sustainable Paint.

The position is on a full-time employed basis and based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

 

Main Role Objective

Management of United Autosports retail distribution agreements of HRX Racewear, Schuberth Helmets and AERO sustainable paint.

 

 Main Responsibilities 

  • Sales and sales management
  • Identify and execute strategies to achieve the agreed sales targets
  • Account management 
  • P&L responsibility
  • Forecasting and setting revenue targets
  • Sales and web data analysis
  • Interdepartmental coordination and collaboration with the production facilities
  • Collaborate with supplier senior management to plan sales strategies for the UK
  • Competitors analysis and monitoring 
  • Development and coordination of marketing strategies
  • Sourcing and managing beneficial commercial relationships 
  • Manage and develop UK website and digital production interface

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Previous sales experience within the motorsport field
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and build successful cross-functional relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or prior experience with online sales platforms
  • Good computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to operate to tight timescales whilst maintaining a strong eye for detail
