Job Description
With the continued growth of our state-of-the-art campus and the entities within it, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, genuinely exciting sector and gain a feeling that you are directly contributing to the success of a double championship winning Formula One team.
We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter who can support the team in attracting, engaging and recruiting the very best talent the industry has to offer. You will work closely with hiring managers across the various departments, forge closely linked relationships, offering advice, guidance and support throughout the recruitment process from vacancy sign off to offer.
To be successful in this Recruitment Advisor role you will need to have:
- 3+ years’ experience a recruitment/ talent acquisition role and hold an excellent track record of filling tricky positions.
- Ideally we are looking for this person to have experience operating in-house, however we’ll consider applications from MSP and Agency backgrounds.
- Experience or interest in the Motorsport industry would be ideal, but not essential as would solid experience with Early Years recruitment (Apprenticeships, Industrial Student Placements and Graduate Schemes)
- As the first person applicants engage with you will need to hold fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively operate with people all levels.
- Solid organisational skills are a must for this position as are a can-do attitude and a high level of attention to detail.
