NASCAR seeks a Recruiter based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.
This is a temporary full time position through the end of 2022.
This person will manage the recruiting process from position opening to onboarding.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meets with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting strategy, conducts market research as needed and makes recommendations on compensation level and sourcing initiatives.
- Discusses corporate Diversity initiatives and reviews strategies for impact.
- Manages requisition approval process, ensuring proper information, signatures and documentation are attached.
- Initiates and manages job postings and sourcing strategies.
- Reviews and shares qualified candidates with the hiring managers.
- Conducts prescreens and interviews for position.
- Prepares offers to selected candidates, ensures pre-employment screenings, onboarding processes are completed.
- Ensures all pertinent correspondence is captured for employee and recruiting files.
Required skills / experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years’ related recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional team and interpersonal skills
- Superior follow-through with a high-level of accountability for assigned tasks
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude
- Strong executional capabilities
