Together with our sister business unit Stohl Racing we are active in numerous world top level racing activities for over 20 years, many times with works but also customer racing programs with in house developed vehicles and works customer vehicles as well.

Thanks to STARD´s extensive activity in electric entire vehicle development a number of special events all over the world is aso part of our activity.

Located in beautiful Vienna in Austria, we are part of the renown Stohl Group Gmbh, which was established by former Gr.N Rally World Champion Manfred Stohl and is operating worldwide very successfully for over 20 years. Job Description

Racing Team Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced racing team coordinator to support our existing coordination team with the increasing amount of activities, in planning and on event coordination of various racing and testing activities of STARD and Stohl Racing.

Depending of the projct tam size can be up to 40 personnel on site.

Selection of associated activities include:

  • Event planning in cooperation with technical and commercial directors
  • Team planning and preparation of racing and testing events activity
  • Team logistics managment
  • High amount of international travel on all continents
  • Generate event process documentation and manuals (team informaiton booklt, movments schedule)
  • Communication with organisers, partners, suppliers and customers before, at and after events
  • Event on-site team coordination
  • Optimisation of existing and implementation of new processes and guidelines for improved event process
  • Post event report and debriefing
  • Support project related activities such as purchase, vehicle fleet, spare parts and technical processes at base between events

Profile

  • Relevant experience in motorsport team coordination
  • Experience in coordinating up to 40 people at events
  • Acurate and professional way of working
  • Above average commitment, as usual in competitive motorsport
  • High amount of flexibility
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Perfect English skills (verbal & read/write)
  • Additional languages beneficial
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and social skills
  • Target oriented approach & ability to work independently
  • Covid 19 vaccination status: irrelevant

Terms of Employment

  • Long-term full time employment based in Austria, Vienna
  • Initial temporary “Fly-in” option (Company owned modern Apartments available at head office location) possible
  • Role and business appropriate competitive salary
