THE ROLE

​As our business expands, we’re looking for a number of Parts Administrators to join our busy computerised parts departments. With opportunities in purchasing, stock control and sales, the Parts Administrators will develop new skills and careers alongside our experienced team while ensuring the smooth running of operations throughout the business.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Computerised recording of stock movements in and out of the department.

  • Processing parts for quality control and transferring orders.

  • Working closely with technicians and department heads to deliver bespoke parts.

  • Preparing bespoke parts for shipment worldwide, and working closely with our Import/Export Coordinators to produce correct documentation.

  • Maintaining and replenishing stock levels with regular stocktakes.

  • Assisting with general stores duties and maintaining a neat, tidy and well-organised working area.

​WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​These positions would suit well-organised and ambitious individuals keen to learn new skills and carve out a career in the industry.

You should be well-mannered with good people skills and be able to work successfully under your own initiative as well as forming part of a productive team.

You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be confident on the telephone with good communication skills.

You should be highly motivated and capable of delivering high standards whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

You should also have good computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as confident learning and using new computer-based platforms.

Previous experience in a similar environment and a familiarity with invoicing and stock control would be beneficial, but not essential.
