We are currently looking for a Marketing and E-Commerce Manager who will be involved in driving strategic brand marketing activities, including direct responsibility for execution through close partnerships with agencies, internal teams and other stakeholders.

We are looking for a precise, detail-oriented individual who enjoys delivering high quality work.

You will also be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the team's merchandise programme, including developing and managing licensee partnerships, managing suppliers, and coordinating marketing efforts.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work alongside our marketing team.


Main tasks

• Perform through direct communication with partners and suppliers.

• Provide support and influence inputs on Company Image related topics & the website

• Taking care of Corporate Identity for protection and application of Trademarks intern & extern; visualize and present concepts and creative proposals.

• Handling of license matters, oversee daily operation of E-commerce business with different suppliers

• Create various marketing materials, presentations & brochures, editorial of company books in liaison with agencies.

• Be part a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Assist in budget management

• Check calendarized social and PR plans to ensure activities are executed well, including social, vertical, and business media targeted programs and beyond

• Support PR manager and work with PR consultancy team to firm up media relations and keep media database up to date

• Contributing to logistics and preparations of press activities, press or analyst tours, trade-show press meetings, on-site influential visits, and other events.


• Coordinate with licensees to develop and expand product lines, including apparel, accessories, and souvenirs.

• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for merchandise.

• Overhaul and further develop of the Iron Dames Store platforms.

• Track sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

• Maintain relationships with licensees and retailers.

• Help to plan, co-ordinate and produce content production for merchandise launches.

• Create and improving internal procedures to make the role more efficient as the department continues to expand.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Ability to multi-task between projects, priorities, and deadlines

• ability to coordinate one or more figures within the marketing department

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles in the Motorsport or Automotive sector or in structured multinational companies.

• Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory, any other European language is considered as an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communications skills a must

• You are a reliable team player with an excellent ability of working under pressure.

• showing a personal interest in Motorsport and Automotive is a prerequisite

• An excellent knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with a good knowledge of graphic programs (Adobe)
