As the Parts Warehouse Operations Lead, you will provide direct support to parts operations and warehouse activities in the Vienna facility. The successful candidate will ensure the right parts are delivered to the right location on time, to the quality required in the most cost effective and environmentally friendly way.  The ideal candidate will monitor key performance indicators and provide feedback to internal and external customers, and Fisker leadership related to performance and efficiencies.  They will also apply parts operations knowledge to analyze and resolve system  and operational issues. This position will require hazardous material training and handling.

Responsibilities

  • Execute general warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory management practices in support of program requirements under both normal and expedited operating environments.

  • Ensure that inventory stock and values are accurate, regularly monitoring levels for planning purposes and ensuring no discrepancies.

  • Utilize SAP WMS system to maintain warehouse data including sales, reconciling inventory levels and communicating with Fisker team or intended parts recipients.

  • Monitor delivery timelines to ensure quality and accuracy is meeting expectations.

  • Ensure parts quality in receiving, storage and shipping.

  • Manage the warehouse operations team and use the PDCA process to optimize performance and job satisfaction.

  • Partner with leadership and external customers to ensure demand planning and inventory implementation.

  • Implement and oversee safety procedures for the warehouse personnel.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • 8-10 years of warehouse and inventory experience.

  • Experience with SAP and SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) module a plus.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer.

  • Knowledge and practical experience in PDCA and/or Kaizen processes.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Independent / Self Starting.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Good working ethic and team player.

  • Eager to learn.

  • English language skills preferable
